Dinner
This wasn't tonight's dinner but it came up in the RCSP. The dish in the forefront is one of my favorites at Wing Shing in Brooklyn, a restaurant we go to for family dinners. It is a Toisan-style dish with chicken and an assortment of vegetables; I'm not even sure what the vegetables are called but they're good. The chicken dish in the back you have to order in advance, usually a day in advance. I'm not exactly sure how they make it but it's probably some sort of marinade, and it's covered in onions and scallions and this distinctive great taste that I can't describe very well. Let's just say they're good. :)
