Fresco

"Over lunch at Fresco by Scotto in Midtown yesterday, [Brian] Cashman said, he told [Randy] Johnson that he probably cost the Yankees two titles."

Two things came to mind after reading that quote:

• Why is the New York Times reporting where Cashman and Johnson went to lunch? Is that newsworthy? Or is it just to add some "flavor" to the sports piece?
• I've been to Fresco by Scotto and it was good!

I liked Fresco. It was the place that got me hooked on white bean dip. Mmmmm. And overall, just really yummy food. Mmmmm. Want to go back. Yum. :)
