You know, listening to it some more, the drill is making a very sick sound. Sort of like a sick and wounded drill. I really want to know what's going on up there with all this construction! I know they're redoing some apartments, but we got notice the last time that there would be construction noise. I don't remember seeing a notice this time about any sort of construction noise. Grr.
