I typed "one-step v. two-step buyout" in my document. My mind leaped to the Ciara song, wanted to turn it on and dance. That would definitely be more fun.
Note to self (more to my typing fingers than my mind): "reconstructuring" is not a word. "Restructuring" is the right word. Don't want to start getting like Net Worth with "demeaningful", "interiorally" and "it's not rocket scientist." Ick.
