Right After 24

Is it normal for me to be this distressed over Tony and Michelle's situation? (On 24, if you have no idea what I'm talking about.) It's half an hour later and inside my head, I'm still screaming, "No! Tony! No!" And I was crying and screaming through the whole end of the episode and the previews. Is this normal? I was practically throwing a temper tantrum through the whole end of the episode because I was so distressed. Next Monday night can't come soon enough!!
